• Exchange period: You can request a size or colour exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (subject to stock availability).
• Conditions: The bra must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn or tried-on bras (beyond light fitting) cannot be exchanged.

• Please note: Size and colour requests are handled as exchanges, not refunds. Defective or damaged products are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

Defective or Damaged Product — we take full responsibility

If you receive a defective or damaged product, your satisfaction is our priority and we will make it right.

• Reporting time: Please report any defect or damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
• What we offer: If the damage or defect is verified by our team, we will resolve it under our Refund Policy — approved refunds are processed through an appropriate payment method agreed with you.
