Shipping policy

Delivery area: We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx or M&P.

Order processing: Orders are processed within [1–2] working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan etc.): 2–4 working days
• Other cities and towns: 4–7 working days
• Remote areas: 7–10 working days

These are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, strikes, public holidays or courier issues.

Shipping charges: Flat Rs. [] per order. Free shipping on orders above Rs. []. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit card.

Order confirmation: We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Incorrect address or failed delivery: Please give a complete and correct address and a reachable phone number. If the courier cannot deliver after [2–3] attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We may charge the shipping cost again to resend it.

Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse it or record a short video while opening, and contact us within 24 hours.
