Delivery Policy

From the moment you place your order to the moment your parcel reaches your door, here is exactly how delivery works at HERVANITY.

Step 1 — Order placement

You place your order through the HERVANITY website, and it is received in our system straight away.

Step 2 — Confirmation call

Our customer support team will contact you through a confirmation call within 10–12 hours of your order being placed, to confirm your order and delivery details. Please keep your phone reachable during this time so your order is not delayed.

Step 3 — Dispatch

After your order is successfully confirmed, it is dispatched within one day. Every parcel is packed in plain, discreet packaging with no product details visible.

Step 4 — Estimated delivery

Orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates — courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally affect timings.

Please provide an accurate contact number and a complete delivery address when ordering.
Please remain available for your order confirmation call; unconfirmed orders may be delayed.
Shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy: PKR 250 per order for 1–4 units, and FREE shipping on orders of 5 or more units.
